Gretchen’s management experience includes an array of corporate and non-profit organizations. Through her focus on operations, fund development and training, Gretchen specializes in strategically breaking down large projects into manageable portions and seeing the process through to completion.
Since joining the Pinkston Group, Gretchen has streamlined and strengthened the organization through a number of operations initiatives, such as developing hiring procedures and the intern program, as well as centralizing personnel and financial activities. She has also implemented several innovative policies, including the lunchtime intra-office learning program and the volunteer time-off policy.
Gretchen holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama.
