Pinkston Group and Pinkston Digital were honored at the Association of Marketing and Communications Professionals (AMCP) 2015 Hermes Creative Awards on Friday, May 1, with two platinum awards, two gold awards and two honorable mentions in recognition of superior work in public relations and for excellence in website design.

The Pinkston Group received platinum award recognition in two categories – media relations, newspaper placement and media relations, online placement – for Dr. Marty Makary’s July 10, 2014 Wall Street Journal op-ed, “A Minimally Invasive Approach to Health Care Reform.”
The Pinkston Group earned gold award recognition in media relations, TV placement for its work with the Consumer Electronics Association in placing CEO Gary Shapiro on Bloomberg TV discussing “The Value of Copyright” March 25, 2014.
Pinkston Digital received gold award honors in the website element, homepage category for its work on ClutchGroup’s website.
Pinkston Group also received an honorable mention in media relations, radio placement for placing Dr. Paul Ruggieri, author of “The Cost of Cutting: A Surgeon Reveals the Truth Behind Multibillion-Dollar Industry,” on NPR’s Science Friday September 19, 2014. Pinkston Digital received an honorable mention in the website overall, nonprofit category for its design of the Good Soil website.
